Can You Spot the Imposter?

January 27, 2010 - Andy and I were watching a movie in the basement when the kids were suppose to be sleeping. I came upstairs to find MaKayla's bedroom door open and the light on. I went to check in on her and noticed she was not in her room. I hear a noise thinking she was hiding from me but noticed an imposter among her stuffed animals. Can you spot him?
This is where I found MaKayla. She was all snuggled in our bed. She looked too cute and comfy to move. Well for a few minutes anyway before I made Andy carry her back to her bed. If he had it his way, he would have let her sleep with us. That means that the two of them get a good nights rest and I get woke up every 20 minutes with all her little noises and a foot or hand in the face.

Quality Time with the Kids!

January 17, 2010 - We spent some good quality time together with all three of our kids over the weekend. MaKayla, Noah and Daddy spent some time together outside having fun in the snow.
Noah didn't know what to do with all the snow but kept yelling "outside" "outside" until we took him outside.

Ike even enjoyed the outdoors for a short while. He is not much for staying out too long especially when it is cold!
Daddy, MaKayla and I had a movie night after Noah went to sleep. We watched Thumbalina, had popcorn, lemonaide and ice cream. I didn't come up with the combo, MaKayla did. She felt like such a big girl and enjoyed her individual time with us. Here is a picture of both of them giving me a grumpy face.
Here is a nice picture.

Kisses!~

August 13, 2010 - I caught MaKayla feeding her brother his dinner. I thought it was so cute!
January 15, 2009 - Ike has started to pee blood. Andy took him in to the vet and found out he has a bladder infection. It could be worse than that we are hoping for the best right now!

Noah's 18 month check up

January 8, 2010 - Noah had his 18 month checkup today. We were behind due to the holidays and the doctor being on vacation. He should of had it around November 20th.
Stats: Height 34 3/4 inches - 97th percentile
Weight 25 lbs. 8 ozs. - 45th percentile Poor little Noah ended up getting 4 shots. When I got him home and took off his pants to change him he cried when he saw the band-aids. He kept yelling "shot" "shot"
My poor baby didn't feel well that evening and just wanted to be held. He NEVER wants to be held so it was a treat for me. I wish it were under different circumstances.

Winter Dance Recital

January 6, 2009 - MaKayla's dance class put on a winter dance recital to Frosty the Snowman. She did very well and is getting better at it with each class. She enjoys dance so much that she is always running into class without any hesitation. She is our social butterfly!
I wish the pictures would come out more clear in the studio but the lighting messes it up a bit.
She is such a good tapper!

My 34th Birthday!

January 2, 2010 - My 34th Birthday. We drove home from Up North, which is always sad. The next time we all get up there it will probably be warm. When we got home, I received 3 roses one from Andy, one from Noah and one from MaKayla.
MaKayla and Andy are decorating my birthday cake. They spelled Mom in the frosting, which was a sweet touch.
Noah and MaKayla helped me blow out the candles.
The kids game me each a precious gift.
MaKayla made me a kitty and Noah made me a truck sun catcher to put in the window. I absolutely love them!
Daddy went over the top and gave me a lap top. My computer is so old and crashes on me every other minute. Now I have so excuses not to keep the blog updated.
I am spoiled!
January 3, 2009 - MaKayla asked Daddy to sleep with her and of course he was happy to do so.

Happy New Year!!

Happy New Year from the North Woods! I pray that God Blesses your family throughout the year! Nana & Papa in front of the cabin
Daddy and MaKayla putting candles in my cake.
Everyone helps lighting the candles.
Don't count to see how many there are!
MaKayla was trying to take a picture of me but I had to help her hold the camera. Yes, my hair is straight. No, it is not permanent. It will be curly again as soon as water hits it. I know I have been told a lot now that most of you like it better curly.
