Give Me FOOD!!!!

November 10, 2008 – The shed/play fort has been a huge fiasco the past couple of months. To make a long story short, we had someone in our subdivision that is on the zoning committee make some trouble for us. On November 3rd, we finally won our battle and Andy was able to proceed forward with construction. Now he has to work in bad weather but he will have it all wrapped in a few weeks we hope.
November 10, 2008 – MaKayla got into the stickers and Andy found her covered in them. What can you do but take a picture =)
November 6, 2008 – Noah has been eyeing our food for quite some time. Andy finally broke me down and we gave his cereal. I wanted to wait 10 more days until he was 6 months old but he was showing the signs that he was ready. Boy oh boy was he ready! He loves food! He gets so excited that he kicks and squirms all over as soon as the spoon gets close to him. It makes for some messy eating but he doesn’t seem to mind!
Yummy cereal! “It’s about time they gave me some food!!!”
November 7, 2008 - Poor Noah has tummy problems so his pediatrician told us to give him pear juice mixed with water. Well lets just say that Noah like his cereal but is not big on the idea of drinking juice! I am not sure why blogger rotates some of my pictures, sorry about it being upside down.

Laura's Baby Shower!

November 1, 2008 – We celebrated my sister Laura’s pregnancy with a baby shower. Here is a picture of myself, my sister Jen, my sister Laura, and my step-mom Bonnie. We had a wonderful time! I can’t wait to meet my new little niece or nephew!
Our family is baby crazy lately!!! All four sisters will have had a baby within a calendar year. That is count them 4 babies for a total of 9 between us by the time the next 2 are born. Okay, are you confused by the numbers yet! I see our holidays growing bigger and bigger!
And of course you had to know that I would make her a diaper cake!

Happy Halloween!

October 31, 2008 – Noah’s first Halloween! Isn’t he cute in this little pumpkin outfit?
He sure is the cutest giraffe I have ever seen!
I took a zillion pictures of the kids together and this one turned out the best. MaKayla was not cooperating and just wanted to go trick-or-treating.
What a darling pink poodle! It was so much fun watching her this year. She knew what the day was all about…CANDY! She would go up to the doors and say “Trick-or-Treat, Candy Please! And Thank you!” It was adorable!
Here is a picture of our pumpkins (Noah’s, Mommy’s, Daddy’s, MaKayla’s)

Mommy and Daddy with our cute little animals!
Grandma and Grandpa Morris passed out candy while Andy and I took the kids trick-or-treating. Noah and I made it around the block and then headed home. Andy and MaKayla made it all the way to quitting time. Andy walked back with a tired MaKayla on his shoulders who wouldn’t let go of “my pumpkin” full to the brim with candy. Oh I almost forgot to mention that Andy was sticky from the sucker that MaKayla was eating and kept resting on Daddy’s head on the walk back…Yummy! So have you figured out what Grandma Morris is dressed up as? Spaghetti and meatballs, quite original. I can’t wait to see what she dressed up as next year.
October 30, 2008 – MaKayla and Noah took a bath together and MaKayla helped Daddy by washing Noah. The water is red from a colored fizz tablet that MaKayla likes to put in her bath water.
October 29, 2008 – MaKayla put her sunglasses on Noah. She loves to play Mommy, poor Noah!
October 26, 2008 – MaKayla wasn’t quite into cleaning out her pumpkin. She reached in a few times and then called it quits. Daddy had to finish it for her.
I just couldn’t resist taking a picture of Noah inside of Andy’s pumpkin. It took me awhile to get him to bend his legs. He didn’t like the cold wet feeling. But it sure did turn out cute!
October 24, 2008 – My little tank! Noah is so much different than MaKayla was as a baby. He is a solid boy! I love this picture of him.
October 20, 2008 – Bath time fun with Daddy! Daddy gave both kids baths and I thought it was the perfect time to take some pictures. Here is Daddy and Noah in his room with the rainbow behind them that Andy painted.
Here is Andy and MaKayla. We have a picture of her with the same towel when she was just a little thing. It is fun to look back and she how much she has grown!
October 12, 2008 – We made our yearly visit to Edward’s Apple Orchard. My parents used to take me and my sisters and now we are taking our children. I love family traditions! It was a beautiful day! MaKayla loved walking through the field picking out her pumpkin.
Noah had a little help picking out his pumpkin but he did do the final inspection to make sure it was a keeper!
MaKayla set her eyes on the horses and there was no stopping her. She was a little impatient waiting her turn.

Welcome Dylan Benjamin!

September 30, 2008 – I was getting ready when all was quiet. Every Mom knows when there is silence there is mischief in the making. I sneaked out to the living room and saw MaKayla using Noah as one of her babies. I had to take a picture. After being used as a doll, I thought he might like to get off the floor where his sister couldn’t get to him so we tried out the excersaucer for the first time and he loved it!

October 4, 2008 – My sister Roxy sent this cute baby crib to MaKayla for her birthday. It was waiting for her in the living room under a blanket when she woke up in the morning. It is so cute to watch her play “Mommy”.

October 3, 2008 – My little nephew Dylan Benjamin was born on August 4th. He is such a little cutie pie and looks just like his Mommy! Here is a picture of Noah and Dylan together.
October 10, 2008 – MaKayla acting silly with her Mr. Potato head parts.
