March 31, 2011 - Happy Birthday baby girl! It is hard to believe it has been six years since you have gone to be with our Lord Jesus. Your wings must really be growing now! I miss you very much and look forward to the day I get to meet you and wrap my arms around you in heaven. I hope you liked your balloon and note from Mommy and Daddy! We love you!
March 28, 2011 - Tonight was the last of our four weekly sessions for the Level 1 Cake Decorating Class. I had a blast and learned a lot. I am looking forward to the Level 2 class which starts next week. I won't have another cake to show you for four more weeks. Each week we learn new decorating techniques that we get to put together and design a cake on the last week. 
March 24, 2011 - MaKayla went to work with Daddy again. She loves going and keeps busy the entire day. She is only able to go when there is not much going and and there are no meeting. I packed her a lunch and she was on her way.
March 27, 2011 - I found Noah snuggling his panda while he was sleeping. I thought it was adorable!
March 20, 2011 - While MaKayla and I worked in the kitchen, Noah relaxed on the couch.
MaKayla has been bugging me to make Panda cake pops for a few days so I finally gave in. I didn't have everything that was needed so we had to come up with a different way to make the eyes. They are not uniformed but I think they still turned out cute.
Noah helped me mix up a second cake batter.
March 21, 2011 - MaKayla and I decided to make more cake pops. This time we made miniature cupcakes.

This week for cake class we decorated cupcakes. I love learning new ways to use tips.
The kids loved these monster cupcakes.
I really liked the shaggy mums. The look nice and are super easy!
March 18, 2011 - Today is demo day for our upstairs bathroom. This is a project that we knew we would have to do when we purchased our home. The shower leaks and it is impossible to keep up with the black mold that grows because of it. I know one could have just replaced the shower but you know my husband. Go big or go home!

The thing that is going to be hard for me is having to go to the downstairs bathroom in the middle of the night. I might have to cut back on my liquid intake in the evenings =).

March 16, 2011 - Happy St. Patrick's Day to everyone and hope you have the luck of the Irish! A Leprechaun paid us a visit while we where sleeping a left behind a book, a four-leaf clover kit and some chocolate gold coins. 
While he was he the naught Leprechaun really made a mess of the place!
He even spilled dirt! If I could only get my hands on him!
The naughty leprechaun played all kinds of tricks. He even put MaKayla's cowgirl boot in the pantry. The kids loved trying to find all the tricks that the leprechaun played.
For breakfast I made green shamrock pancakes to go with the green milk that the leprechaun left in the frig.
We had a traditional Irish holiday including everything green and corned beef and cabbage.
March 14, 2011 - I started my first cake decorating class last week. The first week we decorated cookies and I forgot to take pictures, imagine that! Here is the first cake that I decorated for my class. I really enjoy taking a class for fun!
March 13, 2011 - MaKayla wasn't feeling well and fell asleep snuggling on Daddy.
After her nap on Daddy it was my turn for snuggle time. I never like to see my kids sick but I have to admit I do enjoy the extra snuggle time!

March 03, 2011 - MaKayla started swim lessons today. She was so excited after watching her brother yesterday!
She is so independent and wants to do everything on her own. She is growing up so fast!

She did very well and listened to the instructor.
She was sad when her class was over. She said it was too short!
Noah was able to spend extra time in the pool after class because it was open swim afterwards. MaKayla was unable to because there was another class after hers. We will have to make sure we participate in open swim next week as a family after Noah's class.
March 2, 2011 - Noah had his first swim lesson today. He is in a parent tot class with Daddy at the YMCA.
Noah did awesome! 
He had so much fun with Daddy that he didn't want to get out of the pool. MaKayla and I watched. Here classes is on a different night. I was hoping to get them on the same day but it didn't work out.

Daddy was asked not to throw him so high. I think he scared the young life guards.
