Long Overdue Update!

I know, I know it has been way to long since I have last posted. I am so sorry! Where do I begin? My first day back to work was on November 20th. I had puffy eyes from crying so much. It was awful leaving MaKayla to go work. I know she is in good hands with Shannon but it felt like part of my heart was being ripped out. I am doing much better now. I still have my moments when I wish I could just leave work and go pick her up. Especially when I know she has a tummy ache. The evenings seem to be gone in the blink of an eye and there just hasn’t been time for me to do anything besides cooking, cleaning, taking care of MaKayla and getting ready for the next day.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We have so much to be thankful for this year! Andy and I made the decision that MaKayla was too young to bounce from house to house so we only went to the Masterson’s this year. MaKayla was able to meet her Aunt Jen and Laura for the first time. It was a very nice and relaxing day.

The time between Thanksgiving and Christmas just seems to fly bye. I cannot believe Christmas is only 6 days away. Daddy watched MaKayla for 8 hours on Saturday while I went Christmas shopping. Little MaKayla decided to be difficult and show how loud her little voice really can go. Poor Daddy was a trooper and hung in there but he was wiped out by the time I got home.

MaKayla will be three months old tomorrow. Where has the time gone? I promise I will post a picture. Can’t wait until I get a digital camera!!!!!
