June 19, 2011 - Father's Day was a very rainy day! No thunder or lighting just a steady rain, perfect for playing in! The kids couldn't wait to get outside. I remember playing in the rain as a kid.
They had a blast jumping in the puddles!
As if rain wasn't enough, they decided to get out the water shooters.
Noah thought it was funny to shoot me!
Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees

Hugs from Daddy's Princess!
4 eggs (or 1 cup egg beaters)
For Andy's Father's Day dinner I made him a spinach crust pizza. A lady from work gave him the recipe and he has been wanting to try it. I was not sure about it at first but it really did taste good!
Recipe: 16oz frozen chopped spinach (thawed and well drained)
4 eggs (or 1 cup egg beaters)
1/2 cup Parmesan
minced garlic & cayenne pepper to taste
Mix well and spread on pizza pan
Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees
Flip, add toppings and bake another 10-15 minutes (depending on toppings)
Enjoy!
