MaKayla is watching Tinkerbell at Nana and Papa's the morning of her family birthday party in Illinois. We stayed the night so it wouldn't be such a long day.

Great Grandpa Johnson gave
MaKayla a "good luck charm". They both have them. Grandpa said that whenever he looks at his it will remind him of her. He said that whenever she looks at hers it will remind her of him. We keep it in my treasure chest and whenever she is in my bedroom she gets it out and closes her eyes and says, "I am thinking of Great Grandpa, he is in my heart." It is priceless!
We decided on an ice cream cake for this party. I was not going to make the same cake twice in a week. Plus it is a long drive and
MaKayla like ice cream more than cake.
